Usage:
1. Connect the pads to the wire by snapping them on, then remove the protective film.
2. Place pads where the massage sensations are desired. And plug into one of the ports on the devices
3. Turn the device on by sliding the on/off switch on the top of the unit. The unit will be activated.
4. Press the mode button to try different mode.
5. Once you selected a mode, gradually increase the intensity by pressing the “+' button, decrease the “-” button.(Note: Press central button to change different channels)

How do you ship packages?

Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

What about customs?

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping.

Refunds & returns policy

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds
